Chocolate and berry protein smoothie
One scoop chocolate protein powder
300ml Almond milk or coconut milk or cows milk
1 cup of frozen or fresh mixed berries
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla essence
2-4 ice cubes
Place all the ingredients in a blender and whizz up till it's mixed. Drink and enjoy!
